1:1 Sessions
In the discovery call, we’ll review your medical history, lifestyle, and personal goals. During the first session, we’ll conduct physical, mental, and emotional assessments using postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. After the session, I’ll provide you with a tailored yoga therapy program and supplementary take-home practices designed to support and enhance your healing journey.

Group Classes
During the discovery call we review your population’s condition or commonality, goals, and how yoga therapy may improve health outcomes. I design a specialized yoga therapy intervention program and provide an outline of the series where we can measure progress.

Settings
Sessions may take place virtually, in yoga studios, clinics, hospitals, or at the client’s home.

Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, the session fee is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
